KELP is a natural balanced multi-vitamin supplement, containing a complete and balanced range of naturally chelated micro-nutrients, and essential minerals such as iron, selenium, iodine, sulfur, copper, magnesium, zinc, as well as beta carotene, Vitamins B1 and B2, niacin, C, D and E and up to twenty different amino acids.
Directions for use: 1 scoop (30 grams) once or twice daily (43cc scoop included).
